CENTERLINE will preview new AI-enabled project management features for architects, including in-app markup, annotation and stamping, custom overlay and measurement tools, AI-assisted RFI and submittal review, a QA/QC plan checker, and more.

NEW ORLEANS, LA — June 5, 2026 — CENTERLINE, the AI-enabled architectural project management software platform built for architects, announced today that it will exhibit at two major architecture, design, and AEC technology events this June: the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design 2026, known as AIA26, in San Diego, and AEC INNOVATE ’26 in Las Vegas.
At both conferences, CENTERLINE will provide architects, firm leaders, project managers, and design professionals with a first-ever look at a major suite of new features designed to help architecture firms reduce project administration time, improve document review workflows, and manage project information from design through bidding, construction administration, and close-out.
CENTERLINE’s new feature preview will include in-app markup, annotation and stamping tools, custom overlay and measurement tools, AI-assisted RFI review, AI-assisted submittal review, a QA/QC plan checker, and additional AI-enabled project information management capabilities built specifically for architectural practice.
CENTERLINE will exhibit at AIA26 from June 10 to 13 at the San Diego Convention Center, with the AIA26 Expo running June 11 and 12. Attendees can find CENTERLINE at Booth #3053. AIA26 is one of the architecture and design industry’s flagship annual events, bringing together architects, engineers, firm owners, design leaders, product manufacturers, and AEC technology providers for continuing education, keynote presentations, tours, networking, and product demonstrations.
The following week, CENTERLINE will exhibit at AEC INNOVATE ’26, held June 16 to 18 at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas. Produced by PSMJ Resources, AEC INNOVATE brings together architecture, engineering, and construction firms focused on artificial intelligence, technology strategy, innovation, and smarter project delivery. CENTERLINE will be located at Booth #203, where the team will demonstrate how the platform helps architecture firms manage project records, documents, communications, workflows, reviews, and project data across every phase of work.
“Architects did not get into this profession to chase down emails, shuffle paperwork, or spend their best hours managing disconnected project information. They got into it to design,” said Chuck Perret of CENTERLINE. “AIA26 and AEC INNOVATE ’26 give us the chance to show architects what is possible when project information management, document workflows, and AI-assisted review tools are built around the way architecture firms actually work. We are especially excited to give firms a first look at the new features we are bringing into CENTERLINE.”
CENTERLINE is built to help architecture firms cut project administration time in half, reduce email chaos, and maintain control of the project record from design through close-out. The platform centralizes project information in a cloud-based environment with document management, task and workflow tracking, bidding and procurement tools, construction administration workflows, close-out management, and integrations with tools architects already rely on, including Bluebeam and Procore.
CENTERLINE’s AI-enabled features are designed to support architects by helping project teams search project information, identify tasks and responsibilities, review RFIs and submittals, check documents for QA/QC coordination, and reduce the manual administrative burden that slows down project delivery. Rather than replacing the architect’s judgment, CENTERLINE’s AI-assisted workflows help firms organize information, surface important details, and keep project teams focused on higher-value work.
Architects, firm leaders, project managers, and AEC professionals attending either event are invited to stop by the CENTERLINE booth for a live demonstration and a conversation about reducing project administration overhead, improving project information management, and bringing AI-assisted workflows into architectural practice.
